Hi everyone! I am so excited about this post. If you have been reading Trapped in The Office for a while you might remember a post about Featured Freelancer Friday. The plan is to profile a different freelancer each week. Luckily for me I just got my guinea pig. You can’t see it but I am doing my happy dance.
So without further ado Trapped in The Office welcomes our Featured Freelancer for October 24, 2oo8 The Midnight Writer.
Today’s freelancer best known as The Midnight Writer (Cheryl) spends her days and nights traveling. When she is lucky enough to find Wi-Fi connection, either at Starbucks or a truck stop, she writes for hours at a time. Midnight Writer maintains several blogs including: Angels of the Light, Blog Day Planner, and The Midnight Writer. You can also find her on MySpace and Technorati too.
In addition to her blogging duties The Midnight Writer is working on a featured article that will appear on Northwest.com. Cheryl travels with her partner Cephus across the nation as part of their Angels of the Light Interfaith Ministry and maintains her blogs from the road. While she hopes to make a little money from her blogs and gain a few loyal readers she hopes to publish a novel in the near future.
The Midnight Writer has an eclectic mix of interests which are expressed in her blogs. Whether she is writing about her travels across the nation, legal issues, personal struggles, or her life as the grandmother of twenty, every one of her blogs is worth reading. Though she has only been freelancing for a short period of time she has been writing her whole life. Her favorite thing to write is poetry though she also enjoys fiction, humor, and history.
The Midnight Writer is a lover of Starbucks, space documentaries, archeology, history, and religion. In her spare time you might find her with a bowl of her favorite ice cream or enjoying the outdoors as an avid hiker and primitive style camper.
Check out some of her blogs and leave her some comments. View her collection of blogs by clicking on the photo below.
Midnight Writer: Thanks for the great blogs. Good luck in your publishing efforts and keep us informed of your progress. Thanks for being the first featured freelancer on Trapped in the Office.
Check back next week when we profile another exciting blogger, telecommuter, and aspiring freelancer. I can't wait!

Now I know what you mean by thinking alike, too funny.
I like this format a lot though. What an interesting writing story, writing when you can. Glued to my computer most of the day, I think I might like this!
